Alexa Bereczki scored the game winner with less than ten minutes remaining, breaking the tie and securing the victory.

- Sofia Suarez scored five minutes into the contest, recording her eighth goal of the season off an assist from Freya Jones. That would be the only score of the half, as the Sharks went into the locker room up 1-0.
- The Sharks scored again right out of the gate, notching another score at the 46:29 mark of the second half to take a commanding 2-0 lead.
- The Saints responded with two unanswered goals of their own, the first at the 56:49 mark and the second at the 77:35 mark, to tie the game at 2-2.
- Bereczki scored the game-winner at the 81:02 mark on an assist from Genesis Hernandez, breaking the tie and ultimately giving the Sharks the 3-2 victory.
